Nobody uses travel agents any longer.  They are all having to find new jobs or new businesses.  It used to be that everyone used them for every holiday.    The Internet has changed all that, because now you can buy all the stuff you need online for your vacation.   However, there’s no one to apprise you or tell you how to get the best quality trips for the least amount of money.  Should you buy your flights on Expedia? Priceline? The Airlines sites directly?   Should you buy hotels on Hotels.com or Priceline.com or Hotwire.com?  How do you get the best deals? When you are going to big destinations like Atlantic City  or Disney World or Washington DC  , how can you save money and feel confident you aren’t losing money or being taken advantage of?

Here are three very inexpensive guides that are out there that can help you save money.  Any one of them would be a great investment in your vacation planning in the days of no more travel agents.

Globe Cheap

The first one is Globe Cheap.  Globe Cheap is a package that offers  to save you 80% to 100% on your next vacation.  One of the things it will do is to teach you how to get authorized as a travel agent yourself, so that you can save money by getting free tickets to attractions.  It also discusses how to get upgrades, low-priced airfare, and other perks.    It includes 5 budget travel tips that can save you 50% to 80% on your flights.

Insider Secrets to Cheap Flights

Henry Rustkirk claims to be a downsized travel agent.  He has scripted an e-book that reveals the secrets of the airlines’ system that will show you how to save lots of money on flights around the world.  Of course, the biggest savings is to be had in international travel. If you would like to visit distant family or if you just want to see the world, then you should purchase this guide.  It will give you everything you need to know about  how to get extremely cheap flights.    This website has data about getting cheap airfares and it has a link to check out the Insider Secrets deal.

The Ultimate Disney World Savings Guide

The Ultimate Disney World Savings Guide is an e-book targeted at showing you how to save money on a trip to Disney World in Orlando.   This Guide will show you how to save up to $200 on tickets to the parks.   The example the author uses is that there was a hotel stay that would normally cost $3100 that she was able to get for $1100.   Tips on how to get upgrades for free, where to eat and where not to, and more.   It also tells you about Disney’s free “Magical Express” shuttle and baggage service.  You won’t have to wait for your bags at the airport.  Disney will collect your baggage at the airport and deliver them to your hotel room for you.   This website has information about Orlando Trip Planning, and it has links to buy Disney World Tickets, other attractions in Orlando, and a link to buy the Ultimate Disney World Savings Guide.
